A workshop trolley designed as a flat-pack kit: perforated side frames, three formed trays, casters and a handle, each laser cut and bent from sheet and bolted together on site. Modelled in SolidWorks, flat patterns in AutoCAD for CNC laser cutting, fabricated, and shipped with a 14-step assembly manual.
A compact two-step folding ladder with formed steel rails, anti-slip treads and spreader bars, designed to fold flat for storage and carrying, and taken through to a fabricated prototype.
A wall-mount rack cabinet with removable louvred side panels, a glass front door and 19 in rack rails, designed to fold flat for shipping and to meet IP-rated enclosure requirements.
A vault room door with an integrated locking mechanism and reinforced structure, modelled as a full SolidWorks assembly with AutoCAD fabrication drawings for laser cutting, bending and welding, including bend allowances and tolerances.
A portable fire pit made of interlocking laser-cut panels that assemble without tools and pack flat, with a vented grill grate for airflow.

A perforated sheet metal fruit basket with a hexagonal footprint that stacks for storage and tiles into a honeycomb arrangement on the table. Designed from one flat pattern.
Laser-cut decorative railing panels with a cattail pattern, drawn as a scalable design that can be expanded to any panel size, with cut files ready for the laser.
A redesigned pick-and-place head for a pharmaceutical blister packaging line. A four-bar linkage working through a 45 degree turn keeps the picker head level and picks each cluster in about one second, replacing a multi-axis motion that dropped product. Designed, assembled and tested in SolidWorks, then built and installed.
A desk clock with a built-in pen holder, designed for 3D printing with an assembly that snaps together and a range of colour options, rendered for the product line.
An in-line wall bay modelled as a full 3D assembly: steel uprights on an oak drawer base, three acrylic shelves with LED edge bars, a product sampling ledge with a mirror and an illuminated lightbox header. 12 BOM items across 6 vendors.
A gondola endcap modelled as a full 3D assembly: a round-top illuminated arch, a curved-front sampling counter with nine product cavities, side wings with graphics and a storage cabinet with oak doors. 13 BOM items across 6 vendors.
A counter display unit (CDU) modelled the way we build client programmes: one master assembly, 11 components, 5 vendors. Formed steel base and back wall, a bonded acrylic riser, a thermoformed sample tray, magnetic swap-out graphics and a header that flat-packs for freight.

A relief crest and lettering cut into a solid rosewood blank, modelled as real depth rather than a texture so the geometry drives the toolpath directly. Draft, corner radii and cut depth all set so a 3-axis machine can run it without reworking the model.
Welded steel ramps and frames taken through assembly drawings, welding drawings and single-part fabrication sheets, each with BOMs, weld symbols and part numbering matched to the client's shop-floor format.
A push-on, pull-off clip holding two 5052 aluminium faces, rated for 200 cycles without deforming and machinable on 5-axis. The consumer-facing face was designed alongside it, letting fragrance through while keeping the felt visible.
